I'm sorry about being totally inactive for like a week now, and my reasoning is provided on my main account, Pikmaniak (https://www.deviantart.com/pikmaniak) Also, as of today, the OCT is officially cancelled. Don't even pay anymore attention to this account. It's dead, gone, non-existant as of now. My reasons are simple: Read the Journal on my main account. Also, the judges I hired have not done their jobs, resulting in me making all decisions. I refuse to track them down to make them do what they were asked to do to begin with, and also, I'm just tired of all the questioning, so basically, I'm done with the OCT. It is with some disappointment that I announce the winners of Round 1. Truth be told, no judging was done, as too many people either dropped out of, or were disqualified from the OCT. So, with that said, the 10 of you who produced an entry will be moving on to round 2. Here's how things will go, due to the number issue: The 10 of you will be paired up against eachother as before. 5 of you will move on to round 3. This will mean one of you 5 will earn a free skip for Round 3, due to the odd number. 2 of you will move on to round 4, with the skipped person as well, resulting in a 3-way brawl. 2 of you will be picked based on your entrie
